Benchmark Data in Surface

Paradigm’s benchmarks include companies that have completed a Talent Practices Inventory  and synced their HRIS data to Surface.

Currently, there are around 200  companies across dozens of industries included in the benchmark. If you are in a benchmark with a large enough sample size, you'll be able to benchmark your maturity against your industry.

For some of our benchmarks, we also pull in data from other sources to create a broader data set (e.g., externally sourced research or Paradigm conducted surveys).
