Who is the Reach AI Coach for?

The Reach AI Coach is for people using Reach who want help applying learning to real work situations, not just consuming content.

It’s designed to support both team members and Reach Admins, in different but complementary ways.

Team members can use the Reach AI Coach to:

• Prepare for or practice conversations, such as feedback, 1:1s, or collaboration challenges
• Turn learning concepts into specific, practical next steps
• Reflect on real situations and plan how to approach them more effectively

The Reach AI Coach supports the same kind of reflection and action planning prompted by Reach discussion guides, but in a more personalized, on-demand format.

Reach Admins can use the Reach AI Coach to:

• Plan and sequence learning programs and Journeys
• Design live discussions using Reach discussion guides
• Build ongoing learning experiences that reinforce behavior change over time

The Reach AI Coach can help Admins think through goals, audience, pacing, and facilitation - supporting more intentional and effective learning programs.

The Reach AI Coach is not intended to provide:

• Legal advice
• Company-specific policy guidance
• Final decisions on workplace issues

For questions about company policies or HR guidance, learners should always consult their organization’s internal resources. The Reach AI Coach can still help draft language or think through options once those guidelines are clear.
