Does Surface retain information from the questions I ask (via AI Agent/Chatbot)?

No, if you share any company context or information in order to ask a question through the chatbot, that information is not retained for future reference or fed into your company’s context library.

Can Paradigm see the questions I ask the Agent/Chatbot?

Surface is an agent-based system that is still actively learning from real-world usage. In order to ensure the system is producing accurate, safe, and high-quality responses, our team needs visibility into the questions being asked and the outputs generated. This allows us to validate answers, investigate edge cases, identify failures, and improve the system’s performance over time.

Importantly, this visibility does not introduce access to any new underlying organizational data. Surface already operates on the data sources that have been configured for your environment. The only additional information involved in chat logs is the user’s question and the system’s response, which we review strictly for product reliability, quality improvement, and support purposes.
