Activating Your Surface Account

Follow these steps to activate your Surface Account:

1. Go to your corporate email and locate the Surface Invitation email with the subject: “You’ve been invited to Surface”
   1. Didn't receive the email? Please check your spam folder for an email from: no-reply@mail.surface.ai
   2. If you still cannot find the invitation, your organization may need to add the email above to their allow list. Please contact support@surface.ai for guidance.
2. Click “Open Surface” and you will be prompted to share your first and last name, and create a secure password
3. Next, you’ll be prompted to set up an Authenticator app
   1. Open an authenticator app of your choice (We use WorkOS for authentication. WorkOS doesn’t restrict you to a specific authenticator app)
   2. Scan the QR code to connect to Surface
   3. Enter the code your authenticator app generates in Surface
4. Once the authenticator app is connected, you will be logged in.
5. Bookmark the Surface home page: https://app.surface.ai
