Take the Talent Practices Inventory

To take the Talent Practices Inventory:

1. Navigate to the Company Context Library
2. Click “Start” under the “Take Assessment” section
3. Click “Start Assessment” to begin answering questions
4. Answer the questions to complete the assessment

The estimated time to complete is ~60 minutes, but you can save your progress and come back later

Please note: You’ll be able to assign questions to collaborators in your organization. The collaborator will be notified via email to log in and answer the questions, and if they don’t have a Surface account, they’ll be prompted to create one
