How to Download a List of Your Team Members in Reach Platform

If you need a quick snapshot of everyone on your team, Reach Platform lets Admins download a CSV file of all your current team members. This is useful for auditing your account or preparing updates to your Team Members list.

How to Download:

1. Log in to your Admin account in Reach Platform.
2. From your Admin Dashboard, navigate to Team.
3. Find the All Team Members group at the top of this page.
4. Click Download CSV.

Your file will download automatically. That's it!

What's Included in the CSV

Each row in the file represents one team member. You'll see the following information for each person:

• Profile information
• The groups they are added to
• Their account status
• The date of their last login
