How to Deactivate Team Members in Reach
As an admin in Reach platform, you are able to deactivate team members in your account and the deactivated seats will immediately become available for new team members to use for their learning journeys.
A Note on Default Filters
By default, we have filtered out the deactivated users from the team member lists and from analytics. Their completion data is still available so you can get an overall view of engagement across your company while being a Reach customer. You will still be able to completely delete team members who have never logged in to Paradigm Reach.
