Assignment in Reach

Assignments are the main way to create and manage your organization's learning paths within the Reach platform. Each Assignment is made up of the following components:

1. Content - With Assignments, you can select and group Courses, Microlearnings, and/or Resources together as one assignment. You can assign one or many pieces of content at a time. 
2. Notifications - You have the option to include notifications for your Assignments. If you have a deadline enabled, enrolled team members will receive an email notification alerting them of the new Assignment. You also have the option to configure up to two reminder notifications for each Assignment. 
3. Assigned Groups - Assignments can be given to specific groups or to all team members. As team members are added to Assigned Groups, they will also be enrolled in the Assignment. 

💡 Note: You can also send Reach content directly to your learners by copying the URL for that content piece and sharing with your team via email, Slack, or any other communication methods.
