Starting [date], you’ll be able to log into Paradigm Reach — our learning platform — using single sign-on. This means you’ll no longer need to remember a separate password to access the platform and complete your DEI learning.

To login using SSO:

Go to your Okta dashboard and click on Paradigm Reach.

  2. Type in your full [company name] email address, then click “continue.”
  3. Click “Login using Okta.”
