The Admin Hub in Reach Platform

When you first log into the platform as a Reach administrator, you will land in our Admin Hub. You can always return here by clicking “Admin” at the top of your screen. The Admin hub provides a wealth of resources for you. 

Complete Library Admin Hub

The home page is updated monthly, and includes “Featured Content,” “Pro Tips,” and “What’s new?” sections so you never miss new content and product updates. This page also contains an “Upcoming Events” section, where you can sign up for our live quarterly workshops. We encourage you to visit this admin-only page often.

Harassment Prevention Admin Hub

When you first login, you will see an onboarding guide to help orient you to Reach. As you complete the outlined steps, they will be checked off for all admins in your account. Additionally, you’ll see “Pro-tips." 

The Admin hub also includes specific pages to help manage your account: 

  • “Account” – View your company profile and invoices.
  • “Team” – Manage your team members and put them into groups.
  • “Assignments” – Create learning journeys.
  • “Analytics” – Dig into your learning data.
  • “Emails” – Understand the emails that have gone out. 
  • “Upgrade” – Add more team members or upgrade plans for your account.
