How to Download Your Completion Certificate from Reach Platform

Once you’ve finished your compliance course in Reach, you can easily download your completion certificate by following the steps below.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log into Reach

   Go to the Reach platform and sign in using your account credentials.

2. Navigate to Your Assigned Courses

   From your dashboard, click on Assigned to view the list of courses assigned to you.

3. Select Your Completed Course

   Click on the compliance course that you’ve completed to open it.

4. Go to the Final Step of the Course

   In the right-hand panel, scroll or navigate all the way to the last step of the course.

5. Click “Complete Course”

   On the final page, click the Complete Course button located at the bottom right of the screen.

6. Download Your Certificate

   After completing the course, you’ll be directed to a page where you can download your completion certificate.

💡 Tip

If you don’t see the “Complete Course” button, make sure you’ve gone through every step of the course. The certificate will only appear once all sections are marked as complete.
