View and Export Completion Data in Reach Analytics

To view completion rates for a course, follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin:

   From your dashboard, navigate to the Admin section.

2. Access Analytics:

   In the Admin panel, select Analytics to view data and reports.

   Select a Course:

   • You can choose a course from the Most Viewed Content section at the top, or
   • Scroll through the course list below. (Tip: there may be multiple pages, so check all pages if you don’t see your course right away.)

3. View the Course Completion Dashboard:

   Once you click on the course, you’ll be taken to its Course Completion Dashboard, where you can see detailed completion metrics.

4. Export the Report:

   To download a copy of the completion data, click the Export CSV button in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

   This will generate and download a CSV file containing all the course completion details.
