Getting Started with Reach LMS
Important Note: We highly recommend scheduling a call with your Learning Journey Advisor to review these getting started steps and learn about suggested learning paths and best practices for using Reach LMS.
1. Receive Your Access Email
Admins will receive an email inviting them to access Paradigm Reach. This email includes a secure link that takes you directly to Reach. If you don't see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Sign In
Click on the link in the email to sign in and follow the prompts to create your account or authenticate. Once signed in, you'll be taken to your dashboard where your licensed content is available.
3. Preview Content
You can preview any course before downloading it. This allows you to review the materials, confirm the content is appropriate for your audience, and check course-specific details.
4. Adopt Files
When you're ready to add content to your LMS, download the SCORM files:
- Select the Content Files icon at the top of the screen to download ALL files
- Or use the download icon on an individual item to download a single file
To download a single course: Find the course and select the download icon
The downloaded file will include a SCORM package (.zip file format) ready to upload into your LMS.
5. Upload the SCORM File to Your LMS
Upload the SCORM package into your LMS using your system's content upload process. Each system may label this differently (Import, Add Content, or Upload SCORM Package). Once uploaded, you can publish or assign the content to learners.
