The Reach AI Coach is designed with team member privacy in mind.

It does not have the ability to personally remember you or retain details about you across conversations. Each chat is treated as its own session, and it does not carry context from one conversation to the next.

It also does not have access to your company’s internal systems, documents, messages, or policies unless you explicitly paste that information into the chat.

As with any tool, team members should avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information in the conversation.
