Adding Team Members to Your Reach Platform Account
Here are two ways to add team members to your account: (1) you can import a list of team members, or (2) you can add a single team member.
Importing Multiple Team Members
- Navigate to your Admin hub by clicking “Admin” at the top of your screen, then click “Team” on the left side.
- You should now see “Import” below “Team.” Click “Import” to be directed to the Import page.
- Follow the import instructions on the page, which include uploading a CSV file with team members’ names, email addresses, and optional employee data fields that can be used to set up dynamic groups or filter analytics.

Decide if you’d like to add the new team members without sending them an invitation (“Add only”), or if you’d like them to receive an invitation to Reach as soon as they’re imported (“Add and send email invitation”). “Add only” is recommended if you are going to be setting up Assignments in the platform.
💡 Note that if you choose “Add only,” you’ll need to send invitations out to your team members later, and can do so via the “Members” page. If you choose “Add and send email invitation,” your new team members will automatically receive an email invite to join Reach. We always recommend letting folks know these invites are coming in advance.

After uploading a new CSV, you’ll be directed to a screen that allows you to review the uploaded
data before finalizing the import.

When your data is ready to import, simply click the “Import” button on the bottom right of your screen. If you need to make changes before updating team member profiles, click “cancel”
on the bottom left to stop and reset the import process
Heads up! Importing a list of team members can take between 2 minutes and a couple of hours, depending on your team size. You can check the status of your import anytime on the Import page.
Adding a Single Team Member
💡 Note that if you choose “Add only,” you’ll need to send invitations out to your team member later, and can do so via the “Members” page. If you choose “Add and send email invitation,” your new team member will automatically receive an email invite to join Reach. We always recommend letting folks know these invites are coming in advance, and you can customize the email invitation by clicking “Email Templates”.
