How to Send or Re-send Reach Platform Invitations
Sometimes team members may lose their Paradigm Reach invitation email in their inbox. If that's the case, as an admin you can resent invitations to team members. This could make it easier for them to accept the invitation and begin their learning journey on Reach.
How to Resend an Invitation for One Team Member
To resend an invitation for one team member, you'll follow these instructions:
- From the Members page, locate the team member you'd like to resend an invitation to.

Click the envelope icon at the right end of their row in the Members table.

- Confirm you'd like to resend the invitation to this team member.
💡 If you see an open envelope icon instead of the closed envelope icon for the team member in question, this means you have not invited them to the platform yet. Clicking on this icon instead will send the invitation email to them.
How to Resend Invitations for Multiple Team Members
To resend invitations for multiple team members at once, you'll follow these instructions:
- From the Members page, locate the team members you'd like to resend an invitation to.
- Click on the box next to each name.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Choose Action menu.
- Click on Send Invites from the drop down menu.
- Confirm you'd like to send invites to these team members.
