How to Reset Passwords in Reach Platform

Sometimes you or your team members will forget their password and need help resetting them. There are a few different ways to tackle this issue. You can find instructions for each option below. 

If a team member is having trouble logging in to their Reach account and they need to reset their password, we recommend they first reset their password from the Forgot Password link on the login page. These steps 

  1. Go to https://paradigmreach.com/password/reset
  2. Enter your email (or if you're an admin doing this on behalf of a team member, enter the email of the team member having issues logging in). 
  3. Click "Send Password Reset Link" 
  4. The team member will receive an email in their inbox. 
  5. Click the button in that email. 
  6. Choose a new password. 
  7. Click Save. 

Reseting a Team Members Password from the Members List 

If the team member is having issues with the steps above, as an admin you can reset their password by giving them a temporary password. 

  1. From the Members list, locate the team member in question. 
  2. On the far right end of their row, click on the  lock icon.

  3. Confirm you want to reset this team member's password. 
  4. Write down the temporary password for the team member. 
  5. Share the temporary password with the team member. 
  6. The team member will then login using the email for their Reach account and this temporary password. 
  7. Have the team member follow the steps below to update their password. 

Updating your Password from your User Profile

If you can login to your account, but still need to update the password for your account, follow the steps below. 

  1. Log in to Reach Platform
  2. Navigate to your profile by clicking on the blue circle in the top right corner of the page and select "Profile" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter a new password in both the "Change Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields. The fields must match.
  4. Click "Save"
